No Bake Energy Bites

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats 
  • 6 tbsp sunflower seed butter (any nut butter should work)
  • 1/2 cup golden flaxseed meal (You can always just grind whole flaxseeds as well)
  • 1/4 maple syrup (honey would work)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
