- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 6 tbsp sunflower seed butter (any nut butter should work)
- 1/2 cup golden flaxseed meal (You can always just grind whole flaxseeds as well)
- 1/4 maple syrup (honey would work)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
