Avocado Hummus

Ingredients
  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
Instructions
  1. Place ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Add water as necessary until desired consistency is reached.
