Ingredients
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 1/4 cups olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Add water as necessary until desired consistency is reached.
