Tangy Brussels Sprouts and Apple Salad

Ingredients
  • 3 cups organic shredded brussels sprouts
  • 1 organic apple
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • zest from 1 organic lemon
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper, taste
Directions
  1. Toss all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours. Serve.
